Paper City Savings Bank has announced the appointment of Jeff Whitrock as President/CEO.  This leadership transition reflects the bank’s continued growth and commitment to the staff and community the bank serves.   Born and raised in Wisconsin Rapids, Jeff has over 33 years of banking experience, 23 years of executive leadership in the banking industry. Jeff is passionate about staff development, customer service, and community involvement. He has served non-profit organizations and boards as well as working with local adult and teen community leadership programs.  “I am humbled and honored to be following in the footsteps of Fred Siemers, Larry Turba, and Dick Kalscheur (previous CEOs of PCSB), and hope to continue the success they have built through the years to help us grow and serve our customers with our outstanding Board of Directors and team members here at PCSB.” Jeff and his wife Lisa reside in Plover.  Siemers will stay on staff with the bank as SVP of Commercial Lending, responsible for the business lending team.
