Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce Welcomes New Team Members
Wisconsin Rapids, WI – The Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the expansion and restructuring of its team to better serve Members, strengthen community connections, and support regional workforce initiatives. These strategic staffing updates reflect the Chamber’s ongoing commitment to business growth and advancing the economic vitality of the greater Wisconsin Rapids area.
The Chamber is pleased to welcome Victoria Slusser as Office Manager. With her strong organizational skills and welcoming personality, Victoria will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide a friendly point of contact for both Members and visitors. Her role will be instrumental in creating a positive first impression and maintaining the Chamber’s reputation as a hub for resources and support.
Abby Underwood joins the Chamber as Marketing Manager. Bringing fresh ideas, creativity, and energy to the organization’s communications. Abby will lead initiatives to share the Chamber’s story, spotlight Member businesses, and showcase the value of Chamber membership. Her work will amplify the Chamber’s reach and strengthen its brand throughout the region.
In addition, Promise Bakken, formerly the Chamber’s Marketing & Communications Director, has transitioned into the role of Workforce & Member Relations Director. In this capacity, Promise will focus on building deeper relationships with Members while spearheading workforce development efforts that connect businesses with the talent they need to thrive. Her leadership will help bridge the gap between employers, job seekers, and community partners.
