Are you a natural leader who knows how to run a successful bar and grill? We’re looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to take the lead at Anchor Bay Bar & Grill!

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, people-oriented, and passionate about creating a great experience for both customers and employees.

Responsibilities Include:
 ? Overseeing all day-to-day operations and general management of the business.
 ? Managing inventory, product ordering, and vendor relationships.
 ? Monitoring food and beverage costs, labor, and overall cost control.
 ? Hiring, training, scheduling, and managing employees.
 ? Building a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
 ? Handling employee relations and addressing staffing concerns.
 ? Maintaining excellent customer relations and resolving customer concerns.
 ? Ensuring quality, cleanliness, service standards, and overall business performance.
 ? Taking ownership of the overall success and smooth operation of Anchor Bay.
What We’re Looking For:
 ? Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality management experience preferred.
 ? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
 ? Understanding of inventory, ordering, labor management, and cost control.
 ? Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and make sound business decisions.
 ? A hands-on leader who leads by example.
 ? Someone who takes pride in their work and treats the business like their own.
